Message from the Founder and Creator
I'm Jessica Atkinson an award-winning Project Management Expert and the Founder of the WILB Effect. With over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, my experience is with numerous Fortune 100 companies. I'm a Women, Immigrant, Lesbian, Black person, which she refers to as WILB, and my unique experiences promote the POWER of Project Management in advancing Human Rights. Jessica is triple certified in Transformation – Project Management (PMP), Change Management (CMP), and Agile Scrum Master (CSM).
It's been a journey starting my career as a corporate intern in the INROADS mentoring program and rising to become a Black Woman in Tech leading global enterprise changes. I love sharing and educating as an international speaker on “Leading without a Title” and “Leveraging your core values.”
The WILB Effect online store has one goal in mind to create clothing and accessories that empower people to advocate and promote living authentically.
